WHAT YOULL DO

As a Grill Cook, you understand and acknowledge that our cuisine represents our identity. As a part of our team, you will utilize Cracker Barrel's unique recipes and methods to create and serve a diverse range of comforting dishes. You may be assigned to a specific role, such as a Grill Cook who skillfully flips pancakes, a Prep Cook who meticulously assembles salads and desserts, or a Backup Cook who expertly hand-rolls our famous buttermilk biscuits. Regardless of the role, your ultimate goal is to provide satisfying meals that leave our customers feeling content and pleased

Practice Hospitality in Action:

• Develop mastery over our classic, seasonal, and fresh menu offerings.
• Uphold the high expectations of our guests by maintaining the quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards set forth by our company.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen crew, colleagues, and superiors to achieve the team's objectives.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• Maintained an active role in a PAR 3 position for no less than 120 days
• Completed the mandatory CBU training in culture, leadership, and mentorship
• Attained a PAR 4 Prep exam grade of 80% or greater
