Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers find products and provide details about the store's inventory.
• Address customer inquiries over the phone or in-person, actively listening to their concerns and finding quick and satisfactory resolutions to their issues.

Sales and Transactions:

• Ensure the precise and efficient processing of sales transactions by utilizing the point-of-sale system within the establishment.
• Carry out cash, credit, and debit card transactions, making sure to observe the correct procedures.
• Support customers in managing returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the store's policies.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the current promotions, sales, and events occurring at the store.
• Provide targeted product suggestions that cater to the unique preferences and desires of customers.
• Ensure a strong grasp of store products and stock to assist customers efficiently.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing by keeping it clean and organized.
• Stock shelves and displays as needed to ensure a constant supply of products for consumers.
• Aid in the establishment of promotional showcases and posters.

Team Collaboration:

• Work together with team members towards achieving the store's desired outcomes.
• Take part in team assemblies and instructional sessions to stay abreast of store guidelines and operations.
• Aid in completing unique projects and duties as directed by store managers.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equal is necessary, and further education or certifications in customer service or similar fields are advantageous.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Skillful communication and strong interpersonal aptitude are important attributes.
• Capacity to multitask and adeptly allocate time in a fast-moving workplace environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Possess the capacity to carry and transport items weighing up to (state weight, e.g., 30 pounds).
• Skill in performing routine tasks such as scanning merchandise and utilizing the cash register.
