WHAT YOULL DO:

At the heart of our restaurant is our food, which reflects who we are. Your responsibilities as a Prep Cook include following Cracker Barrel's culinary guidelines to produce our wide array of traditional and wholesome dishes. Whether you're a Grill Cook proficient at preparing pancakes, a Prep Cook showcasing your skills in creating appetizing salads and desserts, or a Backup Cook specializing in rolling buttermilk biscuits by hand, your role is to ensure that our guests leave the restaurant feeling completely satiated and happy

Practice Hospitality in Action:

• Become an authority on our established, rotating, and innovative dishes.
• Ensure that our guests receive the top-notch hospitality experience they expect by adhering to our company's standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Formulate a cohesive working relationship with the personnel working behind the scene, peers, and supervisors.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• Held a PAR 3 position for a minimum of 120 days with consistent involvement
• Successfully finished CBU's required training in culture, leadership, and mentorship
• Succeeded in obtaining a score of 80% or more on the PAR 4 Prep assessment
