Responsibility:

• Come with your passion for leading people to guide your team in highlighting our unique, high-quality, affordable products that our guests seek out.
• We are looking for a brand ambassador that can make guests feel welcome and the team feel inspired to let our hospitality shine.
• The best in the business retail managers can effectively partner with their restaurant peers to achieve operational excellence through the overall team.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• 2 years of successful retail management experience
• Ability and willingness to work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Qualifications:

To be a successful retail manager, you must have a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, where you have learned to lead, coach and mentor retail associates. A college degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred but not required.
